Platform independent installation

The "SuperBall" contains as "all-in-one" tarball the sources of all components and comes with a monetdb-install.sh helper script for convenient compilation and installation of MonetDB.

Windows installers

PF/Tijah runs on recent Windows versions ((NT 4.0, 2000, XP, Server 2003, Vista). This does NOT include Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows ME. We have an installer for Intel (i686) architectures and AMD64 (x86_64) architectures.

• MonetDB4-XQuery-Installer-i386-20110324.msi (MonetDB XQuery server and client, 32 bit)
• MonetDB4-XQuery-Installer-x86_64-20110324.msi (MonetDB XQuery server and client, 64 bit, 32 bit oid)
• MonetDB4-XQuery-Installer-x86_64-OID64-20110324.msi (MonetDB XQuery server and client, 64 bit, 64 bit oid. INCOMPATIBLE WITH OLDER VERSIONS)

Packages for Debian or Ubuntu

• We currently build for Ubuntu 9.10 ("Karmic Koala"), Ubuntu 10.04 ("Lucid Lynx"), and Ubuntu 10.10 ("Maverick Meerkat"), see:
